The home and property were just perfect for our family Thanksgiving gathering, and Rick is an outstanding host! The attention to detail and guests’ comfort is obvious, and, as someone who grew up in the area, it’s wonderful to know that someone still appreciates how special this land by the creek truly is. It was nice to “come home” for a few days.

Positive: Everything about this rental property has the attendees in mind! There were activities for all ages ranging from cards for a nice game of poker, a pool and lounge area for the kids to play while the adults sit back and relax beside a nice fire, a huge front yard which made a great football field during are stay! And let me not forget if you have children and they are starting to get a bit hyper just send them out to the driveway right in front of the house and let them hunt for sharks teeth! This was a HUGE win as it kept our little ones (and us adults) busy for hours! Rick couldn’t have been any more generous to are group he is a fantastic person and we greatly appreciated everything that he did for us! I Highly recommend booking this property and will definitely be back next year, and for the individuals that are coming down to fish this is in an excellent location as you have plenty of space for your boat and vehicles ( we had 2 boats and 3 trucks) parking was not tight and we still had plenty of room to maneuver all vehicles, as well as the wildlife ramp is less then 10 minutes away, and if your lucky and time it right with the tide you are able to launch your boat at Ricks private boat dock and be into the new river in less then 15 minutes! Negative: Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect!
